Returning Products
Community Health Media is pleased to offer many of it's products
on a free preview to qualifying individuals and institutions.
All that we ask is that the materials be returned in
like-new condition with the orginal packaging with the
Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the outside
of the shipping container.

you must first get a Return Authorization Number. To
